A Focus on Ground Thawing Strategies
Glen Wilder was born and raised just south of Mankato, MN on a small farm in the Le Sueur river valley. Throughout his life, he has been in and around the agriculture and construction industries.
Prior to starting Wilder Erosion Control, now WE THAW, in January of 2008, Glen sold and rented construction equipment to contractors in Southern MN. Through his involvement with the construction industry, he became familiar with the process and importance of ground thawing and heating on construction sites.
In 2009, Mike Embacher joined the company as a partner. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including plumbing, HVAC, commercial and residential construction, pipefitting, excavating, welding and farming.
Together, Glen and Mike continue to learn about new strategies and equipment for ground thawing and construction heating. WE THAW is dedicated to providing expert ground thawing and construction heating services and quality rental equipment.
